He grew up in a family business when interest rates were 23%. Those were tough times, emotionally and financially. From that traumatic business experience, Phil decided to pursue a career in helping business owners and entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and build their business wealth.

For over 28 years, Phil has been advising small and medium privately-held businesses on growth, financing, and succession planning. Specifically, he advises companies and CEOs how to grow the top line revenue and bottom line profit, how to attract debt and equity financing to fund growth, and how to develop and implement succession and exit strategies that maximize company valuation and create and protect wealth for founders, business families, and shareholders.
To demonstrate his drive to learn and help businesses, Phil has achieved the CPA Chartered Professional Accountant, CMC Certified Management Consultant, ICD.D Institute of Corporate Directors, and MBA Master of Business Administration designations. He is a member of the Million Dollar Consulting(R) Hall of Fame. Phil is the only person in the world with this combination of designations.
